Join us for a special archaeology and aboristry program in early April when the buds are on the trees. During this excavation program, in addition to archaeological excavations, we will also be documenting the trees that are present in burial ground and participants will learn species identification with our certified tree arborist, Robert Myers, and mycologist, Harry Puffenburger. We will also conduct hikes throughout the 1800 acres of woodlots to learn about how to read the forest for clues to the historic landscape.
